Complaints Policy
In order to speed up the complaint handling process, please provide a detailed description of the problem and, if possible, attach photos. Based on your complaint, we will conduct a preliminary analysis and, if necessary, contact you to discuss further steps.
Please note that in the event of a complaint, it is necessary to keep the original packaging and completeness of the goods. If the goods are collected by a courier, please carefully check the condition of the packaging before signing the receipt protocol.
All complaints will be considered individually, with our priority being to provide the fastest and most beneficial solution for the customer.

In the event of a justified complaint - if the damaged goods cannot be repaired or replaced with a new one due to out of stock, we will refund the full price of the purchased product. Information on how to handle the complaint will be provided within 14 days from the moment the goods arrive at our store. All current information regarding the complaint process will be provided to the Customer on an ongoing basis.
