USAGE

  • Primary cell culture: Non-treated bottles are used to culture primary cells such as skin fibroblasts, chondrocytes or hepatocytes. The organ-free surface minimizes the adhesion of cells to the bottle walls, which allows them to retain their original features and functions.
  • Atypical cell culture: Some cell lines do not require a surface coated with adhesion promoters. In these cases, non-treated bottles are ideal for culture as the cells will not stick too much and will be able to develop unaltered.
