Thanks to a modern, brushless DC motor, the centrifuge accelerates and stops in seconds, offering near-silent operation at a noise level of less than 45 dB. Automatic control, activated by closing and opening the lid, ensures intuitive operation and minimizes the risk of sample damage with a soft start and stop function.

The device's rotor allows for simultaneous centrifugation of eight 1,5 or 2,0 ml tubes, sixteen 0,2 ml tubes, or PCR strips, making the D1008 exceptionally versatile for molecular biology and diagnostics applications.
