To expedite the complaint process, please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, attach photos. We will conduct an initial analysis based on your complaint and, if necessary, contact you to discuss further steps.

Please note that in the event of a complaint, it is essential to retain the original packaging and completeness of the goods. If the goods are collected by a courier, please carefully inspect the condition of the packaging before signing the delivery report.

All complaints will be considered individually, with our priority being to provide the quickest and most beneficial solution for the customer.

In the event of a valid complaint—if the damaged item cannot be repaired or replaced due to stock depletion—we will refund the full purchase price. Information regarding the complaint resolution process will be provided within 14 days of the item arriving at our store. All current information regarding the complaint process will be provided to the customer on an ongoing basis.
