Exchanges and returns
At Googlab Science Inc., we value our customers' satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure the products we offer are of the highest quality. If necessary, we are prepared to take steps to exchange or return products; we would like our customers to be aware of our policies in this regard.
If purchased products do not meet customer expectations or require replacement, they can be returned or exchanged for another product. However, product exchanges or returns are only possible in exceptional cases, after prior confirmation by our Complaints Department.
In such cases, an exchange or refund will only be possible if the product is in its original, undamaged packaging, containing the complete product, and showing no signs of use. Furthermore, the product must be shipped in secure shipping packaging. We reserve the right not to be liable for damage to goods caused by improper packaging and labeling.

In the event of a valid complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with a new one (of full value). If this is not possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), we will refund the product price. Information regarding the complaint resolution process will be provided to you within 14 days of the shipment arriving at our store. All information regarding complaint processing is communicated to the customer on an ongoing basis.
